First and foremost farmers and lovers of nature (and good beer!), our family and team have been united since 2015 in developing unique expertise to bring out the very best from the grains we harvest and transform.
Beyond what our own land produces, we proudly collaborate with 40 Quebec farms — 13 of which are organic — each sharing our values of quality, respect, and authenticity.
