We offer noble malts that reflect the uniqueness of local terroirs in your products.
Our understanding of good malt begins with our in-depth knowledge of Quebec agriculture and the raw material we process. We malt exclusively Quebec grains using state-of-the-art, cutting-edge equipment, always with a vision of creativity and innovation. Each of our recipes undergoes rigorous analysis by an external organization, thus ensuring the quality control of our malts.
Our specialization lies in the production of pale malts. We process various types of conventional and organic grains (barley, rye, wheat, oats, corn) into malt.
We work with 40 Quebec farms,
including 13 organic ones!
