For Women’s Day, Alexandre from OverHop invited us to come and brew a beer with him as well as with Anne-Marie, who brews at Oshlag, and Carolane from La Grande Gardue. We had a very special moment with our clients during which we were able to show them our installations, the malting process and our working tools. The visit was also enhanced by the maltster challenge, the discovery of Québec spirits, some of which are concocted with our produces, good food and of course, excellent beers!...
We surveyed everyone who visited our booth during AMBQ 2022 to find out what would be the best new recipe to create and the winner won the development of a custom malt. We had several proposals and the team at La Ferme won! We have therefore created an organic amber malt that tastes like hazelnuts!...
